Michelle Cooper, MPT, BScEd, CAFCI(acup)

I am a teacher at heart practicing physical therapy with a focus on research and innovation while using both compassion and understanding. I believe that Knowledge is Power. As a physical therapist, I utilize my teaching background to make a lasting impact through educating patients so they fully understand what they are facing and what they can do about it. My practice is research base using innovative techniques that include the nervous system, mindfulness, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, and Yoga. I also realize the power of emotions in persistent pain and collaborate with mental health providers when my patients would benefit.
