Initial Assessment
Online one-on-one session to listen to your full story, assess, begin addressing the Five Pillars of Health, develop a treatment plan, and get started with your personal movement practice that incorporates Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Body Mapping, and/or Breathing Techniques.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong Courses
Live Online Small Group Courses
Learn how to develop your own Tai Chi & Qi Gong practice. Each course consists of 4 classes held once per week. Weekly videos for each class are included for practicing at home.
Beginner - learn the modified 8 Tai Chi Forms
Intermediate - continued practice of the 8 Tai Chi Forms progressing through the modified 24 Tai Chi Form movements
Advanced with Turns - learn to incorporate turns to flow through the 24 Tai Chi Form movements learned in the Intermediate course
Advanced with Turns Flow - utilize your knowledge of all 24 Tai Chi Forms with turns in a flowing class promoting mindful movement. Light weights and use of a yoga ball are also included.
Each class begins with a Qi Gong warm up and cool down. Consumer Comparisons for tension, breathing, and balance are made at the start and end of each class.
Course includes 4 classes each 60 mins | $60 US
Treatment
Online one-on-one session to track progress, problem solve, continue education component, and progress your personal movement practice. Addressing and progressing the Five Pillars of Health will be a continued focus.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong - Pop Up Classes
Pop Up Classes are 60 minutes in person provide an opportunity to practice what you have learned in the courses. Connecting with a group practicing together is amazing!
60 mins | $15 US for drop in (depending on location)
Payment is thru Venmo or PayPal using my e-mail address michellecooperpt@gmail.com . If using PayPal, there is an additional $3 transaction fee. If you are able to use Venmo, there is no transaction fee. Thank you for your payment!
